Laura holds numerous certifications in leadership and personality assessment tools and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, she holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida.

Over the past 20 years, Laura has identified a gap in leadership skills and
understands the impact leaders have on employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. As the host of the Leadership ReDiscovered podcast, Laura interviews leaders from different industries and walks of life to discuss their unique definition of leadership. She is also passionate about “self-leadership,” and runs a goal-finishing program called Finish It! Additionally, Laura serves on
the Advisory Council for the MBA program at the John Chambers College of Business at West Virginia University and is a Strategic Partner for the nonprofit organization, Libera.

In her free time, Laura can be found cheering on the sidelines of her son’s many baseball games and hanging out with her family on their farm in West Virginia.
